Looking through a child’s eyes
A woman photographer is always a kind of a woman-child, seeing everything as a new thing, discovering the world with enthusiasm. Through a child’s eyes, everything becomes possible, the imagination is limitless. Everywhere I go, I look for this enchantment and I wonder: What is going on in their head at this right moment? What are they dreaming of? And I try myself to keep looking through a child’s eyes. Is it because this way I can imagine a better world? Maybe. What I know is that we should never forget the children we were, being curious and learning all the time. Because wherever they are from, children cry and laugh the same way. With the understanding of our world, comes the tolerance towards the difference.
